When you place an order you are offering to buy the products in your basket. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation, at which point a contract is formed between you and us.

We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is an error in the price or description. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable VAT.

Payment is taken securely by our payment provider, Stripe, at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Where offered, pay-later options such as Klarna or Clearpay are provided under the provider's own terms.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. You choose a delivery option at checkout:

• Standard delivery: £4.99, 2–4 working days
• Express delivery: £12.99, next working day

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is confirmed. We will let you know if there is a delay to your delivery.

Your rights to cancel, return a product and claim under the one-year warranty are set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Please follow the user manual supplied with your Aqua Smart Water Dispenser, including the first-use rinsing steps and the filter replacement guidance. Use only genuine Aqua replacement filter cartridges.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
